So, (for the 4th time writing this, after accidentally swiping the screen of my phone, 4 times! Ah) a couple weeks ago, I went to the farmers market to get some orchids from the brookside orchid stand that is always there. Anyways I saw a huge pot with a good sized plant in it, with beautiful, fragrant flowers all over (and at a really cheap price!). I had never seen such flowers on an orchid and therefore asked him for the name. He told me it was a coelogyne, which puzzled me for I had never seen a coelogyne with such flowers. I'm guessing he guessed at the foliage, but them flowers though... Anyhow, I just assumed that it was some unusual or complex hybrid but when I came home and searched them up, I ccould find nothing that looked like it. At that time, I came across a photo of a flower that looked exactly like the one I purchased! It was called Bifrenaria harrisonae, a species of orchid I never heard of before!

Anyways do you think I can solidly give this an ID of B. harrisonae? Or will I always have to have a question mark next to it?
