Growing under Lights

Need temporary gro-light

I jumped the gun on buying my annuals and now, thanks to the chilly temps, my dining room table is covered with plants that should be enjoying the sun. Will a standard 100 watt work light be enough to tide them over a week to 10 days or do I need more? Will be able to center light directly over plants. All suggestions welcome.

Thanks for your reply. They are on a 4 X 8 table top. Yesterday I bought a 'brooder light' and a 150watt blue grow light in hopes that will work. I've located the 'sun lovers' directly under the light and the 'shade lovers' around the edges. If I was growing from seed, I'd certainly need a better set up, but think this might work for a week or so. Does that sound about right?
