My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I love the exterior paint! Could you please share the body and trim colors?

    Thank you for your inquiry. The exterior finishes on this home are pretty complex due to the numerous different types of materials that all needed to match. The cedar shakes are Cabots Semi-solid oil stain called Taupe #1506 and the board & batten siding had a color custom mixed to match that stain. The majority of the trim boards are in Cabots Semi-Solid oil stain called Spanish Moss #1406 and then the garage doors and other trim areas were custom mixed to match that stain.
