Help! My Robellinii is sick!

This plant was full, green and beautiful a month ago. Now all the fronds are turning yellow brown and covered in these tiny white spots. Does anybody know what may be wrong with it and how can I treat it? Thanks in advance for any help/advice that is offered:-)

You may need a new plant… that is not looking good at all.

That looks like scale, a sap sucking insect. It seems the plant has been heavily pruned, do you have photos of the whole plant?

I dont have a pic from when it was healthy, but this is the full plant now. It has been heavily pruned. Most of the leaves were covered in those white spots and dry.
