They look very healthy and should take pruning quite well. Most people prune immediately after the bloom is finished to avoid removing the buds that will form this summer and produce the next season's bloom. First, I would cut back any branch that blocks the window. I like to take a branch back to where it joins a heavy wood branch. Then, if appropriate, cut the larger branch. Sometimes that larger branch has branches that you want to keep so you can't do that. The ideas, it to cut back like a tree, not like a hedge. You want air and light to get into the interior of the plant. This gives you a healthier plant. So with any branch that comes out where you don't want it, see how far back you can cut it and not remove branches you want to keep. This leaves gaps, but they soon fill in.
