My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Very nice niece...you must have a nice relationship with your uncle to dare to do it! One suggestion...red curtains...a little too froufrou for a man. Why not just hang them as single panels on each side of the window.

    thanks. that's what I would have liked to do regards the curtains but there was only one per windows available. so what you are seeing is one curtain spread out.
