I love the unique beauty of the mirrored edges on all the furniture! Your walls look like a beige with a bit of peach tint on my computer, and I believe this color would be difficult to harmonize. So, I would suggest you get a bedspread and matching curtains in a black-and-white floral print or stripe to have two contrasting neutrals. Then, I would choose a bright or pastel color that is a personal favorite and use that as an accent color in accessories such as lamp bases or shades, small vases, a couple throw pillows, and large shams to pair with smaller shams in the black-and-white print or stripes. To contrast from the neutral bedspread, you might find sets of sheets and pillow cases in the accent color to complete the look. A live green plant on a dresser always brings some life and color into a room, and you also could look for wall art that incorporates the colors you have chosen for the room. As an alternative, you could find vintage/family black-and-white photos and frame them, using mattes in the accent color around the photos.

Your bedroom is very glamorous! I would add items that underscore that feeling. A couple of faux mongolian lamb throw pillows, a textured lamp with a dramatic shade and a chainmail chandelier to preside over it all, might just be the ticket. You could even think about a faux fur throw for the bench. A classic line form drawing would make a simple, but elegant statement.

I know you asked about what to add, but I do wonder if there might be one too many mirrors in the room. The floor mirror, as suggested by everdebz, might be better suited for another area of your home. The one atop the dresser would do well if it were mounted on the wall. Currently, there are many reflective furnishings in your room. Contrast has an interest all its own. Something to consider as you put the finishing touches on your room.

Your reflective finishes can tend to be cold. I would use warm colors. What size is the bed?

I would remove one or both of the mirrors since all pieces have mirrored surfaces. Do you have two side tables the same? I like to see less matchy suites. Maybe you can use one of the side tables in another room & buy a same height round side table with one small drawer in it for the other side. A rich warm wood one.

You have a glam look going. Stay with that in black velvet bedding. Mix with silver. You have a lot of mirrors. You could lean mirror next to bed. You n end stand a tall silver base lamp with a black or gray round shade. Layer bedding by adding a gray fur throw to end of bed. Art over bed hang 5" above headboard. In a silver frame. White sheets is always the way to go. Check TJ Max for accessories . And lamps, art. Windows. Dark gray satin panels on ends go to floor to ceiling. Bed, Bath n Beyond.

I agree that you should move the wall mirror out of the room. but you need to bring in another night table it doesn't have to match. mirrors and furniture are very 40s hollywood glam. black, white and silk drapes. white faux throw on the bed. the beige walls are not working. I see walls in a rich purple (just cuz) I know its not for everyone, but its my current favorite! a soft gray with a purple tint would be less bold. or maybe a turquoise? play up the glitz with crystal lamps.

is your headboard gray? or beige?

For draperies, I would go with pleated silk dupioni in a color similar to the color of your upholstered headboard. For bedding, I'd likely go for a milky cream and/or taupe, similar to below . . . and perhaps a dash of chocolate.

Here's a raisin/plum curtain and pillow. Also the mix of a gold sort of lamp base which is interesting to me. Art could have more color...where your room is you don't want all in this photo, just to show that not everything [walls] would have to be deep.

what u have is amazing. to give it another wow without having to add too many things buy a bunch of white shears ( pic 1) n hang them from ceiling to floor on the window wall n the headboard wall covering both walls entirely. next would just get great bedding n accent pillows. pic 2 inspiration of the idea. maybe place a different fabric behind headboard. a fabric that could match a pillow on the bed.

I see your 'likes' - so far do you think you'll do light, medium or dark neutral walls? I just looked and seems you aren't even painting - is that correct?

What things are open for 'new' besides bedding? Thanks.

@ evedebz- no not painting.... I imagine light bc I want to keep majority if the room neutral, but I would like to create some type of contrast and maybe with pops of 1 or 2 colors. (Plum and mustard) or (burgundy and black)

what about plums n silvers?

I might try the large mirror next to the bed and then add a bedside lamp on other side and a small piece of art - so both sides balance. If leaving where it is, I would change the mirror over the dresser to a smaller/different style and you could add sconces on either side. If you don't already have, add a beautiful chandelier. I would add also drapery in either a color to match your wall or the bedding. I could see mauve as the accent color and using white as the base for your bedding. Don't add a ton of pillows; just choose a few silk pillows with lovely detail. You could add wallpaper (love the paper below) on the wall behind the bed - this would really give a wow factor.
