It could POSSIBLY be a stenopetala, I would research that one and see if all of the characteristics are the same. This is only a guess, it's very hard to say for sure even when a plumeria looks just like another so it's always risky throwing a guess out there. Good luck!

Love the look of your plumie.
With plumeria it can be hard to 100% identify a cultivar as it can take on different appearance depending on heat, humidity, light, etc. Even the same plant can have different looking blooms depending on the variables.
What part/where was the plant obtained from? The leaves are a bit unusual as its shape is like a Obtusa Singapore White, but not as dark and shiny. The blooms look a bit like star fish or ACW, like it could be a seedling or cross/hybrid. Stenopetala grows like a vine with leaves that resemble an Oleanders in shape, strap like. So I would say its not a Stenopetala.

freak4plumeria, That's my picture, it's a pic from another member from puerto rico not from mainland. The leaves are quite big and oval shaped so it is not stenopetala.

It's most likely a seedling or s species. It's really pretty. You may want to ask a Puerto Rico seller if they know what it is or if they have seen it before. There use to be a seller from Puerto Rico, I forgot his name and his nurseries name now but he specialized in Tropicals and plumies.
