Ok so I got a cutting from a friend, put it in water, let it grow some roots and then planted it. The first spike opened into a leaf a week ago and it now has 3 of them. I'm wondering what should i do about the other two since they are in bad shape? Especially the one on the right. Also all the leaves are on one side and their weight is making the plant bend. Should i cut one of them off?

I really have no clue about growing flowers (or anything really) and would really appreciate any help!
