I might be wrong, but I believe that is a pattern called "interlocking circles" by Erin Adams for Ann Sacks. Unfortunately, the only dealer I see for Ann Sacks tiles outside of the US is in London. You might want to try searching for "interlocking circles glass mosaic tile" to find something similar in your area. Best of luck!

That does look like a good match, but I think they also don't sell outside of the US.
