Do I need a seam?

We're planning on installing quartz countertops, and I want to be educated so that we can choose a good fabricator. One question I have pertains to whether or not we need a seam:

Our longest run is 105" long and will contain a Kohler Whitehaven 30" farmhouse sink (the cabinet to the right of the sink is 15"). We will have standard 24" depth cabinets.

Will the countertop behind the sink be too shallow to allow for one uniform piece of quartz (i.e. no seam)? Or will we need a seam due to risk of breakage during transport at this area?

If I'm thinking through this correctly, I believe the area behind the sink will be about 5.5" deep: 24" cabinet + 1.5" overhang - 19-15/16" sink = 5-9/16"

Thanks for any insight!
