leaves starting to change /scrunch up

I'm not sure what this is called but I haven't changed anything. and the leaves are starting to crunch up. soil is moist. i have florescent T8 lights. air blowing to simulate wind. any advice? kind of tomato is Indego Rose. planted 3 weeks ago
