If it is a plant you do not want growing where you do not want it growing it is a "weed". Siberian squill grows from bulbs, if no bulbs it is not that.

The blue plant is Scilla siberica. Then you have Hydrophyllum virginianum, Virginia Waterleaf (3 pictures). And finally Hemerocallis, Day Lilies.

Thanks. Are the virgina waterleafs a weed? As in, should I remove them before it covers the rest of my garden? Or are they something to be desired?

If you Google the name you can find out its habits and decide for yourself. I can't tell you as I've never seen one and don't know its character at all. It is a N American native plant. A plant is only a weed if it is somewhere you don't want it.

I wouldn't call waterleaf a weed. It will spread but its not aggressive. Has a small spike/cluster of white flowers. I see it in cool, damp woodlands. Name comes from "water spot" pattern on the leaves.
