How did you create the box look

Did you use 1x4 maple for the face frame and if so did you create a double wall for the verticals or did you split the 1x4 between the 3/4" ply?

All vertical and horizontal members are 2 layers of 3/4" maple plywood, with ribs between. My lumber comes in rough sawn and I make it into boards of whatever size I need.
