It's a veronica of some kind, maybe Veronica prostrata. There's dozens of veronicas in all sizes and some of the smaller, low growing groundcover types are considered weeds, specially when they pop up in the lawn. This doesn't look like any of the weedy ones I am familiar with. Veronica prostrata and its cultivars are very nice garden plants. But they do spread pretty well.
