Whenever I try turning on the drip line, water sprays out like mad from the places circled in red. I originally thought that it was a faulty pipe, but upon closer inspection, it looks like the hole was there originally already? I'm not sure what that hole is for, but last year it was fine. Can anyone that knows what's going on give me some suggestions on how to fix it? I really have no idea on how these things work.

edit: I did some research and it looks like the pin hole (on the right side) is the pressure reliever, but i don't know why it was fine last year and now it thinks there is too much pressure. I don't know what the left side where water is also coming out from is still. I tried opening the end of 3 of the drip lines to try to clean it out, and water came out fine out of those 3 drip lines, but the pressure hole was still spurting out tons of water.
