Hi! Hoping to get some insight on a 4ft tall, 3-ball Eugenia Myrtifolia topiary I just bought. I noticed that some of the leaves look "dusty". I gave the plant a good rinsing when I brought it home, but it didn't seem to help. It doesn't look like powdery mildew to me, but just want to be sure it's not some kind of mildew or fungus. A snapshot is below.

I'd also like to re-pot it into a more decorative pot, but have read that they thrive on consistency. Should I avoid re-potting it?
