Ficus, I believe. Most commonly, ficus benjamina. Invariably, it seems, a box store tree has pests. Generally, a google search for 'ficus bonsai care' will give you many choices. www.bonsai4me.com is generally well-thought of. Also, www.bonsaihunk.com. From these, you can glean probable pests, and best treatments. For many pests, a strong stream from a hose is a start, and an outside environment as well when nighttime temps are not lower than mid-fifties fahrenheit.

Thanks,, I've poked around a bit but found nothing very helpful. Mist common answers seem to be either mites( no movement or webs), or water residue which its not...guess I'll keep looking,,thank you for replying:)

That's not a Ficus benjamina though... maybe a Ginseng ficus.
