Why does he do that, is there a reason? Have you tried to talk or correspond with him regarding the chairs?

His chairs are an eyesore and odd that he stalks them like that

OMG....what a story with him....3 years now and the chairs keep getting higher and YES have tried to talk...atleast he does not live in the house. Only comes to surf, shower, boat and then leave. His ego and notariety have gone to his head.

OMG what an A@# he must be. Your too nice, if I were in your place I would have a custom banner placed on poles the length of your common wall you share with pictures of men in speedos and in thongs dancing or in group hugs, and face it towards him. on your side I would put a collage of plumeria pics, or better yet a picture of the view he's ruining..lol. That would give you something to negotiate with.

you are too funny. We and our other neighbors all have a good laugh now days. We used to hang small banners that said ALOHA....he does love plumeria...has them at his house in Hawaii. :-)
