It looks more like a farm trailer.

To some, it is a trailer. My community called these rubber tired wagons because it retained many features of the classic wood wheeled, general purpose, horse drawn farm wagon. Its length is adjustable; For steerage, the entire front axle rotates; And it has 4 corner stakes permanently attached to the frame for holding a variety of cargo boxes and frames.

Around here (central Kansas), it's called hedgerow "gold". Lots of farmers parked old farm implements in their hedgerows and shelter belts, and the next generation are now harvesting them for scrap metal. Unfortunately the going price is much lower than it was. Wagon/trailer frames are being sought by people interested in building tiny houses on them.
