My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

What an amazing difference some paint can make! Took 10 yrs off the look of our house!

      we had the same starting point, kelly, but because we had a wood barrel vaulted ceiling that would have been pricey to try to bleach or whatever, we had to embrace the wood but re-date the decking style of our balusters. i'm always interested in seeing what can be dragged out of the 80s!

      nnigrt you house looks wonderful too... gotta love that ceiling! We have wood n beam ceilings though ares are just flat... been sanding and working on them for two weeks... ugh! Your stair rails look great... I have put off doing mine for 8 yrs! They are in line after my kitchen. Are those metal balusters?
