I personally don't like raised panel. I'd keep the same style throughout. Start throwing in something different and it doesn't pull everything together but looks like you weren't sure what to do.

I would also keep the shaker door. Actually, I'm doing it in my own house. :) Shaker cabinets and doors throughout, but no wainscotting. I was going to do the same door as you, but changed my mind and we're going to do something slightly simpler:

I am building now and did shaker cabinets throughout and also interior doors that look exactly like your first pic. I also coordinated my front door to go with everything else.

Not a great pic but if you zoom in you can see the bottom shaker panels of the door that match the interior doors. It still needs to be painted but you get the idea. Good luck!
