Is the broccoli a hybrid? Perhaps it doesn't matter if it is, if I can't get them to live long enough to make seeds, in my short season.

Just consider each variety of mine, 20 seeds each , but you'll get more diversity from me, and some seeds are bigger, so, if you can do 200 broccoli seeds, for one of each of mine, I guess I could do that.

If you only want half the varieties I have, it will still cost the same shipping of about $1.50. So I'd still like 200 broccoli seeds, if if that's doable for you.

I need that many, which sounds like a lot, because it'hard for me to grow them here. Last year, I only had one plant survive, and not long enough to flower and set seed.

What state are you in? The type of broccoli I have is unknown to me, but it has done well in both hot and cold temps. So if I could get you the 200 seeds, what is it that I would get in return?

I can also add 10 of romanesco broccoli seeds.

And I was able to get 5 plants with 8 seeds. So these also tend to do well.

For 200 broccoli seeds, you could get 20+ of EACH type of my seeds, or whichever you want.

If you want more than 20 of Red Russian Kale, I could do that, but all you need to do, is let one or two kale plants overwinter, and set seed, and they'll make hundreds if not thousands of seeds and seed pods the next year.

The same for the radishes, except, they'll set seed the 1st year, in the fall.

I'm going to deliberately plant a black, round radish this year, just to be seed parents, while planting this mix myself, to eat.

Next year, I'll plant the black radish to eat, and a pink one for seed. This way, the different radish types won't cross.

I'm planting a different type of kale this year too, and could plant Red Russian, just to eat.

The same with parsnips and carrots. I overwintered some of those, and hope they become seed parents this year, while planting others to eat, and leave some to over winter. That way I can get fresh seed every year, and some to eat.

There's no paying involved in a trade. :)

You send the broccoli to me, preferrably in a small bubble envelope, to protect them from the mail machines, and I'll send the ones you want above, in a reused bubble envelope I have here. That's it!

Both postage amounts should be a dollar 50 cents (3 stamps).

So every thing is even. You pay for 3 stamps you stick on my pkg, and I pay for 3 stamps to stick on your pkg. Same cost for both traders.

Often, a seed trader can reuse the bubble envelopes they get, and save money by not needing to buy any.

Yes, you can have all those from me, and even more kale, or radish if you want.

Some people succession plant radishes, to have an ongoing supply, so may need more than 20 seeds. I have plenty. I even still have some in the pods, I need to get out.

Some people pick kale young, to use in salad mixes. This may kill the young plants, so they may need to reseed, for a steady supply of young leaves.

Other people may use the adult leaves, so might not need that many.

If you have extra this year, you can plant them next year to eat, while your overwintering "parent" plants are making seed.

Many seeds I actually give 25, instead of 20, in case some don't come up.

I planted 6 squash seeds, and only 5 came up. One never knows, weather the'll all germinate or not, so I include 5 "bonus" seeds, of tomato, squash, cantaloupe, etc, just in case some don't come up.
