Whoa! Going to be a dark bloom most likely...do you still have that crested plumeria that looked alien-like? I believe it's called 'crested' but I remember your posts from years ago.

Roxanne, I hope that it will be a red one that has big petals. Yes, those leaves are really dark. I have a few with dark leaves but so far they do not seem to want to bloom. I did have a older one that had a little darker leaves (but not as dark as yours) which has bloomed and here is a picture of the flowers. It has bloomed twice. Barb

Super exciting, Rox! What a very tight growth habit it has, too. I'd love it for just the deep burgundy leaves even if it never blooms. Of course, blooms would be AMAZING, lol!

thanks everyone...hoping it happens...did you all notice the swelling? It seems that as I look about the yard at the ones loaded with inflos, there is a swelling on that stem about 4-5 inches below the tip.....?

Normally, I would yell "Dibs on the first cutting!"....but I don't have the patience to wait 10 years for blooms, LOL!

it is way too small to make a cutting from. It is the smallest of that seedling batch. Same batch as the anomaly.
