My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Believe it or not, it's secrued with about a hundred hidden cleats as well as ties directly through to the ceiling joist in the ceiling above. This house is in LA, so earthquakes are always an issue for anything hung on the ceiling!

    There is now a light fixture that mounts to the ceiling, from Global Views... the same maker as the mirror
