need reducer sleeves or longer turn knobs screws

We have a 12' triangular umbrella with a pole that is 1.5" in diameter. This stand, when turn knobs screws are tighten, it's still too loose to leave the umbrella on the stand especially we frequently get high wind. Do you have a reducer sleeves or longer turn knobs screws?
