Do not know which one to pick.

We have contacted a few Contractors for our home improvement Porch project which we are hoping to do with a 50K budget. We have narrowed down to a few and do not know which one to pick.

1. A very polite contractor who is very prompt and interested in working with us. He has done work with a few ppl we know, and they love him - but has a few bad reviews online. NOT BBB accredited.

2. BBB accredited contractor. Has some references and positive reviews, seem willing to work within our budget.. Has a P.O box for an address.

3. A big name award winning company/contractor who has an awesome portfolio. BBB accredited. We absolutely would love to work with him but not sure if we can afford him. He also plays hard to get and says he does not like competitive bidding.

4. Keep looking.
