Annex General Contracting + Design
Design-Build Contractors & Firms in Albuquerque
Average rating: 5 out of 5 starsAugust 24, 2012
“Annex exceeded my expectations. I have an older brick house which needed more light. Annex put new windows in two of the rooms which involved taking out brick, putting in new headers, replacing wallboard and texturizing. They also put some awesome molding around the windows. I couldn't be happier. This is a family operation and everyone gets along well. There was no mess and the work was done efficiently and courteously. I would trust these guys with any remodeling.”

“Our builder was highly skilled in both the engineering and architecture aspects of our project, completing a green-built home within budget and on time. “It was a pleasure to work with Evan Davis at Sunlight Homes. He was very responsible and diligently worked on my project even answering my most trivial of questions. Me Davis brought expertise to the project that I could not find elsewhere. Today people are amazed at the architectural design that was incorporated into the structure. His designed a beautiful home that we will be proud of for years to come.”
Modulus Design
Design-Build Contractors & Firms in Albuquerque
Average rating: 5 out of 5 starsJanuary 23, 2016
“Modulus Design was a wonderful company to work with. They were always professional and completely incorporated all of our ideas. We initially completed a major home renovation with them, which involved gutting some of the original house and adding a second-story addition as well as redoing the backyard. We were so impressed by them that we returned to them a few years later when we decided to redo our front yard and driveway as well as adding a wall and a carport. We were impressed yet again.”
Professional Contracting
Design-Build Contractors & Firms in Albuquerque
Average rating: 5 out of 5 starsJune 27, 2013
“Professional Contractors says it all! From the time I first called them to the day they left after finishing the job. I had several projects: replacement windows, building a gas-fired kiva fireplace, refacing my kitchen cabinets and new granite countertop, changing a french door in my dining room to a single door, moving a pellet stove and installing a stacked stone wall, installing Solatubes, and lastly, a complete update of my master bath--all this and painting, too. The owners of the company, Felipe and Art, are great people to work with and the people they hire are all respectful and hard-working. Every day, the work areas were cleaned up before everyone left, making sure we didn't have to live with dust and debris for the 6 weeks it took to complete the job. Everything I had done by this company was so beautiful that I took pictures of the workmen with their final product, and you can see from the expressions on their faces the pride they all take in their work. It was such a pleasure to do business with Professional Contractors.”

Hale & Sun Construction Inc
Design-Build Contractors & Firms in Albuquerque
Average rating: 5 out of 5 starsOctober 2, 2020
“STEVE and his crew built a custom pitched roof home on the Paradise Hills Golf Course for us about 20 years ago, using 2 x 6 stick construction, in floor heat, and vaulted ceilings with scissor trusses that he designed himself. His framing crew maintained the highest standards, and left the building site immaculate every evening when they were done for the day. During this time , an HVAC subcontractor arrived with ductwork for the air conditioning system. However, despite having been provided the truss plans, this person brought ducting that did not fit. When the framers told him this, he casually replied that parts of the roof trusses could be cut out to accommodate what he brought, a practice which we suspect is all to common here. The Forman of his framing crew told the subcontractor to “get the hell off” the property, and immediately called STEVE. Needless to say, Steve did not use that HVAC sub, and probably never did again. His turn key construction was outstanding, and built with utmost ethical standards. Unfortunately, a work related move necessitated selling the property, and what subsequent owners did to the landscaping is a shame.”
