My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Looking for a plumber to pull permit to add lines and move lines. Also looking for an electrician to add lines for laundry room and heavy appliances like stove, refrigerator, dishwasher... I live in NorthEast Florida, what is a ballpark figure to do each of these things? a LA CARTE OR COLLECTIVELY?
