I really like this sofa from Ethan Allen, but I've fallen in love with a settee glider as well. Could these two pieces go in the same room or are the styles just too different?

If I were to describe my style - I would go with comfortable contemporary with a little eclectic thrown in. I currently live in a house full of beige but I want to brighten it up with splashes of color on some good pieces of furniture that could transition to a new home fairly easily (job means I might be moving). Right now my living room is a clean slate that I want to make a home!

So back to the original question - could or would you put these two in the same room? I've attached the picture with a tentative fabric color. Would appreciate any thoughts!
