size of this powder room

I have a 2 bed room one bath condo on the second floor of second floor of two family house a looking for ideas to add a small powder room next to the existing bath making use of bathroom closet and some space from the adjoining bedroom

    This under the stairs and really very small. I am sorry I have not got measurements as its a clients house we have done a long time ago now. It is the width of a standard small staircase minus stud walls and I remember we had to get a special small size WC to make it work.
