Possibly, with tissue culture... but if I may ask, why would you want to? Unless a bean is the result of a cross, it will grow true from seed... and you should be able to get dry seed from most bush beans in Zone 6 Ontario.

I don't really recall if my bush beans from yesteryears gave off runners. But growing from one would be much faster than seed.
