you don't say how large an area you would tile
nor how much of that granite is in the kitchen

it is a very lovely stone but has lot of movement
Personally I would say you are safer with ONE color in your backsplash--subway tile, painted glass,
I would not suggest a mosaic glass because that would be too busy for the granite

White cabinets is not best color since there is little white in that stone from what I can see--might have been better to pull soft gray out of stone--
maybe a soft gray subway with NO green/blue undercolors--
you just want a neutral soft/light gray to match the granite
