Mold on newly sprouted seedlings?

I went to check my newly started plants this morning and found a thin layer of mold (though it was a toss up between mold and dust because the plants sit right under a vent). They had been brought in from outside two days ago when it started raining and got chilly.

I've read quite a bit to cut down on watering and to place a small fan toward them. But are my current plants ruined now and do I have to start new seeds? Or is there hope to save these ones?
