Good Afternoon All -- We're currently dealing with a vine-type weed that was trying to take over our garden. It has a green heart-shaped leaf (smooth edges), as you can see below, and an extensive and hardy white-fibrous root system. It pops up all over and swirls around everything it touches, including other weeds of the same type, swirling up together. There don't appear to be flowers yet, but potentially small white ones later in the season.

After doing some searches, I haven't been able to ID -- if anyone can help, I'd greatly appreciate it!
