Love the plantings! Right - Your mother-in-law said you needed some plants, so you picked up 8 little balls of green and spaced seven along the foundation (I hate even numbers too), and one in the the former owner's "front garden", to be viewed from the bedrooms above.

Seriously folks. You have shown us the best view of the house, yet you bring your guests to the garage doors and then along a narrow path, tight against the house, where all they can see is the cute curved wall to turn you to the door, and the neighbor beyond.

If you can't park them on the street, please consider a parking area near the end of the drive, at right angles to the drive, with a walk from its end in the lawn area toward the front garden, if it is to stay, and then on to the lamp post and the front door. Much nicer approach to view your handsome home.

The parking area then works for you to turn around your car to back into the garage, or to turn around when backing out of the garage, so you are not backing into the street; and your guests can park their boat trailer there, while spending the weekend.
