Do you have room above to hang them from the ceiling? We hung our canoe using something like this:

I hung a couple of loops of webbing from the ceiling, slide one end of the kayak through one loop far enough to pull it back through the other. Like the picture above, but without a pulley system to raise and lower it. If you have the space you can also rest them on big shelf supports.
