1. What do the cartridges look like (Round or Rectangle), and how many does it require?
2. What is the cost of each cartridge, and how long does each one last?
3. Being that we are not able to physically see this unit, what is the return policy, if it should not be right in the location we are proposing?
4. Are the fake logs included?
