My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Does anyone have any extra rooted cuttings?

Or just cuttings that are easy to root in general? I am particularly fond of any floribunda type shrub rose that repeatedly blooms. Pink, red, or white. Would love to add The Fairy to my collection but can't find them locally and shipping online costs more than the plants themselves. Anybody have any they would like to get rid of?
