I'm wanting to plant about 3 or 4 blaze climbing vines to eventually cover my fence. Right in front of the fence on yard side is a drainage ditch running the entire length. We do not have flooding issues and water never stands in the yard or in the ditch. They recently installed drainage pipes behind the fence. My husbands concern is if I plant anything along the fence it will impede flow of other residents.
