I'm going to remodel our downstairs bathroom and would like suggestions. We are taking out the tub and plan to have a shower only, vanity and toilet. As you can see it is very small (58"x 90" x 98") with two doors; one into the hallway and another into the bedroom. We have asked to have a pocket door but I'm not sure it is an option because we have HVAC vents on the wall that would be used to hide/hold the door. We would like to keep costs to a minimum (may be selling within 4 years) but I still want it to look updated. My thoughts are to keep it light so it looks/feels larger. Any recommendation for resources for finding a cool vanity and light fixture would be awesome.
