My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

The chairs are all stunning. Have you any idea how/where I can obtain such wonderful fabrics in the UK please?

    Yes, many of my fabrics actually come from the UK. I'm not sure where to shop there but I often have to pay really high shipping fees because that's where they originate from. Best of luck!

      A Fabric Outlet offers fabulous fabrics of numerous textures and colors at discounted prices. OKC has an Interior Fabric Store that will give samples and will ship directly from warehouse to Your home. I've used Them with great success.
