My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

The floor tile is terra cotta, most tile stores should carry this. Its a very common and tile that has been used for a very long time.

This is similar to our Terra cotta Saltillo tile in the "Antique" antique finish. You can buy authentic Mexican Terra cotta just like this from Rustico Tile and Stone. We offer global shipping and wholesale, affordable pricing! www.saltillotileconnection.com

We do the design and layout of the kitchen and supply cabinetry and counter tops - I do not have the floor tile info - looks like a Terra cotta floor tile.
