Hi Houzz! My fiancé and I just bought a little 1925 bungalow in the heart of Atlanta- we'd been renting it for nine months and talked our landlord into selling. We want to put about $100K into it for a complete remodel. Can anyone help us figure out a better floor plan? The hall, kitchen, and dining room are really stumping us. The hall right now is the same size as the bathroom! Any ideas?

Our only possible thoughts:
-turn kitchen into a galley to gain space and walk-in closet for master?
-knock out bedroom 2's closet which is impeding on bathroom space
-knock out bedroom 1's existing closet, and add a new wall of closet between bedrooms 1 and 2 (one for each side).
-that hall! What to do?!
