Help, Kentia palm seems sick!

I'm not sure what to do with my Kentia Palm. I know it has some sort of
lice that I have been spraying for some time, they just keep coming
back.
Should i repot it into a smaller, drainable pot?
What about the yellow on the leaves?
Please help, i really want to save my palm.
