This is my first spring on my new property. I have some roses that seem to have a bushier habit like these:

Then I have other which are smaller and seem to have a more narrow/upright habit. Are these different kinds of roses or just not doing as well? The narrow ones actually get more sun. Do different types of roses require different care?
