They are very easy to move at just about any time of year. Just keep watered during any extended dry spells. Cut back any obviously dead branches but be patient. The leafless branch with blossoms on the end in the bottom photo will very likely produce new leaves, for example. Cut back if you want to reduce its length, but it's clearly alive.

On the larger plant once I dig it up and trim, would there be any harm in soaking the root ball in a miracle grow water solution. I've had success with other plants, however I'll wait for everyone's recommendations or input. THANKS

Plain water would be much better, and that only if the root ball is very dry. Azaleas and rhododendrons need lots of oxygen around their roots. Water logged soil does not provide the air space they need. Despite its many claims to the contrary and your own apparent success, Miracle Gro is pretty much the opposite of the slow, steady nutrient source azaleas need. Soaking in it for any length of time is not necessary and may well be harmful.
