I've tried to research this but keep getting different information. It also bugs me not knowing what they are. I want to put a name to them so I can label them properly like my other garlic.

1. I've been growing an unknown Chinese softneck for 4 years now because it does well here... I initially planted them because they sprouted... What is the most common variety exported from China? I'm guessing it's Chinese Regular White...??? It's white with a few purple stripes outside, a light brownish purple pink on the inside cloves, and about 1 3/4".

2. I'm also growing an imported Spanish grocery store garlic. What is the most common variety exported from Spain? I'm guessing it's Spanish Morado..?? These are white with a hint of purple on the outside but when opened up, the cloves are a dark rich purple about 2 1/4"... Most grow scapes...
