Planted "red select" japanese maple 9ft from foundation, is it ok?

I planted the tree 9ft from the back wall of my house. It is under a big oak tree. Should i worry about this?

I am usually not concerned with foundation issues but i thought i would ask. There is a 14 ft water oak seedling 10 ft to the right of it and it is about 4 inches in girth, It will be cut down later this summer.

There is also an about 13 ft mulberry tree seedling next to it that will also be cut down and those trees dont seem to have caused any issues and i know the red select is only supposed to get 8-12H by 8-12W.

Any advice?

No worries :-) Weeping dissectums are often planted very close to structures........like right next to them. The roots pose no issues to foundations. They are quite dainty and delicate as far as maple roots are concerned.
