My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Love the floors! What color is it and is it laminate or wood?

Am in the process of replacing carpet for dark floors, but I see any that I love yet. But I really like these in the pic.

    The floors are standard red oak with a minwax stain mixture of ebony and jacobean. You will have to experiment with the stain combinations. The white cabinetry and stainless steel toe kicks make the floors appear darker, too.
